Margolis Bloom & D’Agostino, LLP seeks an associate with 0-3 years of experience. Primary areas of focus will be estate plan drafting, probate and trust administration, adult guardianship and conservatorship court proceedings.

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drafting trust and estate planning documents
• Meeting with clients to oversee execution of estate plans
• Drafting, filing probate pleadings and attending hearings with the probate court
• Extensive communication with clients
• Preparation of estate tax returns and trust accountings

The ideal candidate for this job is self-reliant, confident, resourceful, organized, demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication skills, exhibits extreme attention to detail, and can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Starting salary is commensurate with experience, full benefits package, and remote/ in-office hours are offered.
