Hartford HealthCare Medical Group (HHCMG) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to join our highly collaborative and growing Infectious Disease team at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a statewide Infectious Disease program with more than 25 Infectious Disease specialists working together across Hartford HealthCare's integrated network. Position Highlights

• Inpatient Infectious Disease consultations at Hartford Hospital
• Outpatient practice with opportunities to care for HIV and Hepatitis C patients.
• Participate in Antimicrobial Stewardship initiatives.
• Collaborating with Infection Prevention, Hospital Epidemiology, and Quality teams
• Shared call coverage with experienced Infectious Disease colleagues
• No primary care responsibilities
• Dedicated Hospitalist program manages inpatient admissions.
• Opportunities to teach medical students, residents and fellows
• Academic appointments are available through Quinnipiac University and University of Connecticut
