This senior care facility provides outpatient clinical services to a geriatric patient population. The facility operates Monday through Friday and is staffed by a multidisciplinary team that includes MDs, NPs, MAs, and RNs. It is an on-site, non-government setting within the Primary Care division.

Pennsylvania offers a range of attractions, from historic sites such as Independence National Historical Park and Gettysburg National Military Park to family-oriented destinations like Hersheypark and Knoebels Amusement Resort. The state also features natural landmarks, including Presque Isle State Park and Pine Grove Furnace State Park. Cultural experiences such as the Crayola Experience and the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, along with scenic rural farmland communities, round out the offerings available to visitors.

A Geriatric Physician Associate is needed to provide locum tenens coverage on a day-shift basis. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no call required. The clinician will deliver care to a geriatric patient population in a clinic setting.
