We are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position!Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour, with potential earnings up to $48.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus shift differentials.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment to analyze samples and ensure accurate test results.Uphold rigorous quality control standards by following established procedures and protocols.Perform complex diagnostic testing on patient samples with a high degree of scientific accuracy and attention to detail.Schedule:This position features a 7 on, 7 off schedule with 12-hour night shifts, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking a role in a small, close-knit, rural hospital environment.Requirements:Certification by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS).Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field.Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
