A dynamic opportunity is available for a Healthcare Professional willing to float between multiple facilities in the San Diego area. This role requires flexibility to work across different units based on facility needs, including lower acuity environments when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Float between three facilities as required.
• Adapt to varying unit needs and patient acuity levels.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and standards of care.
• Be prepared to float between units and facilities mid-shift.
• Work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Schedule

Scheduling is managed two weeks in advance, with assignments varying by unit and facility according to operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
