CDL-A Regional Driver
Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook Location: Columbus, OH 43081
Experienced CDL-A drivers can keep their week moving with steady dry van freight demand, familiar regional routes, and a schedule built around consistent weekend home time. Rouse Trucking operates a fleet of 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.
Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Detention, layover, breakdown, and transition pay provide additional compensation when applicable
Running Area: Freight moves through regional lanes in the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. The route setup keeps drivers moving through familiar freight areas during the workweek.
No-touch freight eliminates driver loading and unloading Roughly 50% drop and hook helps reduce delays during pickups and deliveries
Home Time: Monday through Friday driving schedule followed by Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each week
Your Truck: Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seating Battery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunks
Health Coverage: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance Delta Dental and 401(k) with company matching after 60 days Paid vacation and holidays once established
Family Friendly: Riders age 13 and older are permitted for a minimal weekly cost | Dogs of all breeds and sizes are welcome at no charge
Equipment: Each driver works from an assigned Cascadia equipped for regional operation and weekday comfort. Climate-controlled sleeper space, refrigeration, entertainment, and power for personal devices are included.
Requirements: Valid CDL-A license and at least one year of documented over-the-road experience Professional CDL-A drivers should be prepared for consistent regional freight and dependable weekday route movement
