Cardiologist - $800k + $150k Incentive - MN Lakes Community

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is seeking a BE/BC Cardiologist to join the group.

PRACTICE:
• Join a comprehensive cardiac program that includes a team of general cardiologists, interventionalists, EP, vascular and advanced practice providers 
• Approximately 2,400 procedures a year, including 300 coronary interventions
• Clinic, inpatient consults, reading (echos, stress echos, EKGs, monitors, vascular ultrasound), procedures (TEEs, cardioversions)
• 3 cath labs
• 118 bed hospital; 14 bed ICU
• Level III trauma center
• Critical care air service

Competitive compensation package includes: 

• Annual compensation of $800,000 for the first 2 years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
