Chiron Physical Therapy is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in South Riding, Virginia, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a shift. We're a private practice that has grown steadily since first opening our doors in South Riding in 2014, expanding into a thriving presence in the Dulles South community and marking a decade of service in 2024. We're looking for a team-oriented clinician with an outgoing personality and a genuine desire to grow as a therapist. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes profit-sharing bonuses on top of a fully employer-paid benefits package.

A Practice Built for Active Patients

Our 3,700-square-foot facility was designed specifically for dynamic and functional training, so your patients can move the way they'll need to move once they're back on the field, the court, or the trail. We currently support student-athletes from five local high schools alongside our broader, very active community, which means your caseload will include a real mix of sports rehab and general orthopedic care. Experience in sports and orthopedics is a plus, but it isn't required as long as you bring energy and a willingness to learn. You'll evaluate patients, build initial plans of care, and provide hands‑on treatment and education, collaborating closely with your fellow clinicians every step of the way. We tailor care to each patient's history, activity level, and goals, and we put real weight on educating patients so they understand and participate in their own recovery.
