A large well-established Ophthalmology Practice is hiring board-certified ophthalmologists with fellowship training in Glaucoma, Neuro-Ophthalmology, and/or Oculoplastics to join them in Anchorage, Alaska.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a thriving subspecialty practice within a collaborative, patient-centered environment. They are pioneering the use of Agentic AI in Ophthalmology using technology from MyEyesAI.

The Role

The incoming physician will provide advanced medical and surgical care aligned with their subspecialty training, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Surgical opportunities include advanced glaucoma procedures (MIGS, trabeculectomy, tube shunts) and/or oculoplastic and orbital surgery, depending on expertise.

Physicians will also have the optional opportunity to participate in the clinical adoption and development of a cutting-edge AI-driven ophthalmic diagnostics tool: MyEyesAI, helping shape how next-generation technology is integrated into patient care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Oculoplastics, or related subspecialty
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care
