What we offer Excellent health benefits plan which includes medical vision and dental options 401k with company match Company profit sharing plan Generous paid time off and paid holidays Paid parental leave 2 free on site fitness rooms Employee Assistance Program Employee Resource Groups Personal and professional development program Job Summary The Senior Franchise Compliance Auditor provides training guidance and support to Franchise Audit staff Serving as a subject matter expert on SERVPRO royalty processes and policies this role conducts complex royalty audits and contributes to the development of training communications and departmental documentation The position also supports audit planning departmental initiatives and continuous process improvement You will Train mentor and provide ongoing oversight to Franchise Auditors and Interns ensuring audit work meets departmental standards and support their continued professional development Support issue resolution throughout the audit process including communicating with franchisees and escalation when necessary Identify trends in audit findings and recommend training or process improvements Serve as a subject matter expert regarding SERVPRO royalty processes and assist with related training and communications for SERVPRO franchisees Conduct complex royalty audits including audits of multi unit and multi market SERVPRO franchisees Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of departmental policies process documents and templates Support royalty risk assessments audit planning and execution of rotational audit plan Assist the Franchise Audit Manager with departmental initiatives and special projects as needed You have Minimum four years of auditing experience royalty or other compliance auditing experience preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable accounting software Intermediate proficiency in Excel functions Strong attention to detail communication skills and dependable work habits Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across departments and with franchisees Ability to understand and interpret legal documents such as franchise license agreements Strong project management and time management skills Ability to collaborate directly with SERVPRO franchisees intercompany departments and franchise audit team Education Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field; CPA CIA is a plus About SERVPRO For more than 50 years SERVPRO has been a trusted leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration services mold mitigation construction biohazard and pathogen remediation throughout the United States and Canada Our 2200 individually owned and operated franchises are supported by our dedicated headquarters team We strive to cultivate a professional community that respects and celebrates the things that make us unique the things we share and the collaborative spirit we bring to the work we pursue together SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age race color religion gender sexual orientation national origin veteran or disability status #J-18808-Ljbffr Headquarters Careers At Servpro Industries, LLC
