Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops individualized care plans, educates patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-discharge care, fostering a patient- and family-centered healing environment. Participates in professional development and promotes patient safety through active involvement in quality initiatives. Requires an RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree; a BSN and less than 2 years of experience are preferred.
