Line Cook / Prep Cook — 1817 Taqueria
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour | Part-time & Full-time | University of Tennessee Campus, Knoxville

1817 Taqueria is a high-volume taqueria on the UT campus, and we're building out our kitchen crew. You'll cook proteins, prep salsas and sides, and build tacos and bowls to order while keeping a fast line moving through the lunch rush. It's real cooking, not assembly.

Positions available: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Utility

What the job looks like:

• Run your station from open to close and keep it stocked and clean
• Cook to our recipes and hold quality steady when volume spikes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Step in wherever the team needs you during a rush

What you bring:

• Dependability — you show up on time and ready
• The ability to stand, move, and lift throughout your shift
• A team-first attitude in a fast kitchen
• Kitchen experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train.
