Title Masters Level Therapist Location Bronx, NY (Onsite) Employment Type Full Time Compensation Pay Range: $62,400-$63,400 Per Year Description This position requires a Masters Level Therapist to provide trauma-informed individual and group counseling services to survivors of IPV and children in Bronx, NY. The role is full-time with flexible hours, requiring evening and Saturday availability. The therapist will use generic technology for client management and reporting. Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent. Bilingual in Spanish/English. 1-2 years of experience in trauma-informed domestic violence prevention. Experience with adults who have caused harm in relationships. Experience with abuse/batterer intervention programming. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational skills. Qualifications Licensure or on track for licensure; LCSW preferred. Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed practice. Understanding of family systems, relational and attachment theories. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Training and experience with NYC child welfare involved families preferred.
