Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and a focus on safety to ensure efficient project completion. Conduct daily inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and identify potential issues before they arise. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates and address any operational challenges. Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, contributing to the longevity and reliability of our machinery. Document and report equipment usage and any incidents, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required: Pass a drug screen and a background check Must have Crusher experience 2 years of experience Physical Requirements: Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time, delivering information Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements About Company 401(k) 401(k) matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Employee assistance program Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
