About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer or Senior Vice President of Growth to take the helm of its full marketing engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and commercial leadership of the brand, with a focus on performance marketing, brand marketing, and customer lifecycle. This role demands a builder with a proven track record of scaling a category-defining CPG or DTC brand, and who is adept at pressure-testing media plans and shaping brand presence. The SVP of Growth will be accountable for the company's growth, from setting and delivering on revenue and acquisition targets to leading the annual marketing planning process. They must be a developer of people, actively investing in the growth and career trajectory of their team, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive commercial and marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in both performance and brand marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive profitable revenue growth at scale, be fluent in the DTC funnel and digital experience, and possess a deep understanding of performance marketing economics and modern measurement. Experience in the digital channel landscape, including paid social, SEM, SEO, and emerging platforms, is essential. The role requires a leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, executive presence, and excellent communication and project management abilities. While not mandatory, experience in food, beverage, health and wellness, or pet industries, particularly in subscription or replenishment-driven DTC, is preferred.
