Corporate Trainer

Position Overview Univista Insurance is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Corporate Trainer with a strong and proven background in the auto insurance field to lead impactful training initiatives across multiple markets, including Texas. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and sales enablement to support the onboarding, development, and continuous improvement of our sales professionals and staff. The Corporate Trainer will develop engaging training programs, deliver live and virtual sessions, mentor trainers, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, thrives in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment, and is passionate about empowering others to succeed. Job Location: Houston, TX 77084 Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Responsibilities Develop engaging training programs for sales professionals and staff. Deliver live and virtual training sessions. Mentor and coach other trainers. Ensure training compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Support onboarding, development, and continuous improvement of sales teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or sales enablement (insurance industry strongly preferred). Proven track record in insurance sales and adult learning facilitation. Strong presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to assess, coach, and improve employee performance.
