X-ray Technologist

Full-time X-ray technologist position in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. The role provides a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends and focuses on high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care. Candidates will support accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders and established protocols
2. Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate images
3. Operate radiologic equipment safely and efficiently
4. Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed for patients and staff
5. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
6. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans
7. Provide excellent patient care and ensure a positive patient experience
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of imaging equipment and exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current ARRT certification
• Active California Radiologic Technologist license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in orthopedic or outpatient imaging
