Sterile Compounding Pharmacist CSP Leader

Henry Ford Health (HFH) Corporate Pharmacy seeks a highly skilled Pharmacist for its Centralized Sterile Compounding Center in Detroit.
The role focuses on safe, compliant sterile compounding, including TPN and IV chemotherapy, with mentorship of interns and collaboration with site teams to enhance patient care and operational excellence.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sterile compounding, knowledge of USP <797> , <800> , and EPIC, and are licensed or eligible in Michigan.
