Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coding Auditor to audit consultant inpatient records and collaborate with stakeholders across teams. You will review inpatient records to ensure diagnostic and procedural coding accuracy and compliance, verify physician documentation, and identify correct ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes using Solventum (3M). You’ll also provide coding education, conduct peer reviews, and maintain an accuracy rate of 98% while meeting project productivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cognizant
