Tuttle?Click Capistrano Ford is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Salesperson to support our high-volume service and retail operations. This role is ideal for a parts professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding internal and external customer service

Job Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Accurately identify, price, and invoice parts using dealership software
• Maintain strong knowledge of Ford parts, accessories, and supersessions
• Ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests to support service department efficiency
• Stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory and counter area
• Handle phone and in-person customer requests professionally and promptly
• Follow all dealership processes, safety guidelines, and manufacturer requirements

Benefits & Compensation

The Parts Counter Sales Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.

• Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $23.50 and $32.00.
• The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Qualifications

• Prior dealership parts counter experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and components
• Ford parts experience a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
