Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee survey operations for multiple construction projects, including staff coordination and client communication Review and manage survey documents, layout plans, and technical deliverables Monitor project budgets, timelines, and billing Lead quality control efforts and ensure compliance with safety standards Support business development and maintain strong client relationships Provide mentorship and performance feedback to team members Qualifications 8+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 4 years in construction survey Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience with vertical construction preferred Bachelor's degree preferred; PLS certification is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to interpret complex drawings and technical documentation Comfortable using business and technical software Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
