Community Manager

TriBridge Residential is seeking to hire a Community Manager for our BluWater and Cottages properties, located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Job Summary The Community Manager is responsible for executing the property's leasing, financial plan, and operating budget, including marketing, budgeting, operations, and team management and development. Essential Functions Provide day-to-day leadership and direction. Ensure that all leasing tasks are performed in accordance with guidelines and that all associates are appropriately trained. Manage the community to achieve expense and income levels based on monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals. Communicate effectively with residents, addressing and resolving issues and involving other resources when appropriate. Manage and schedule team, contractors and vendors to ensure efficient turnover of vacant units, maintenance repairs and appearance of commons areas. Oversee collections, rent postings, and deposits to ensure they are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Oversee leasing operations to ensure that applications and paperwork are completely accurate and in accordance with company policy and guidelines. Effectively demonstrate an understanding and commitment to fair housing, equal employment and diversity policies at all times. Ensure all staff is appropriately trained on federal, state and local Fair Housing laws. Knowledge/Experience Bachelor’s degree is preferred Minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management, with a progressively increasing level of responsibility. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel software), as well as property management software, preferably Yardi. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production. Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
