Core Responsibilities Client Support & Service Delivery Handle Inquiries: Respond to basic customer questions and handle routine operational tasks. Meet Targets: Deliver service that consistently aligns with established company standards and SLAs. Collaborate: Work closely with team members under direct supervision to ensure high client satisfaction. Research & Documentation Conduct Basic Research: Access public information and market resources to perform simple data analysis for client requests. Maintain Records: Document and track all client interactions, requests, and transactions accurately. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Basic computer literacy, effective written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge: A basic understanding of customer service principles and client operations. Traits: Ability to follow instructions closely and work well within a collaborative team environment.
