School Psychologist
Washington State | Public School District | Contract Position Overview
ISO Workforce Alliance is partnering with a Washington public school district to hire a School Psychologist to support students across K-12 settings. This role reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and supports students' psycho-educational development, academic functioning, and social-emotional needs. The School Psychologist will collaborate closely with district and building teams to support assessment, intervention, eligibility determination, and special education programming. Compensation
$80-$90 per hour (DOE)
Full-time school-year contract

•Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations
•Interpret assessment results and lead eligibility determinations
•Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs, PBIPs, and ERPs
•Participate in and facilitate multidisciplinary and IEP team meetings
•Provide direct intervention and consultation for behavioral, social, and emotional needs
•Support MTSS and SEL frameworks
•Provide classroom consultation and behavior support
•Assist with Child Find activities
•Provide staff training and in-service support
•Maintain required compliance documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations
•Collaborate with families, administrators, and community partners Required Qualifications
•Valid Washington State ESA Certification as a School Psychologist
•Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and eligibility processes
•Experience with assessment, data collection, and interpretation
•Experience implementing behavior intervention systems
•Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices
•Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications
•Five or more years of special education experience
•Spanish-speaking ability
•School counseling or BCBA certification
•Crisis management and/or threat assessment training
