We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Patient Intake Coordinator to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting healthcare organizations with remote intake operations.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organization and patient interaction. You’ll gather patient information, verify insurance, and prepare files for clinical teams — all while learning from experienced mentors.
What You’ll Do
- Collect and verify patient demographics
- Review insurance information and eligibility
- Prepare charts and intake documentation
- Communicate with patients to gather missing details
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
