Responsibilities:

• Operate dump truck to transport and deliver materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, or construction debris to job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe and proper operation
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules efficiently and safely
• Communicate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and crew members to coordinate loads and deliveries
• Maneuver dump truck in tight or challenging job site conditions with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred; experience with dump trucks required
• Proven experience operating dump trucks or heavy equipment in construction or hauling environments
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks including inspecting equipment and securing loads
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
