Mission Viejo, CA | Full-Time | In-Person | Temporary

$73–$83 PER HOUR — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Platinum Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a temporary school-based assignment in Mission Viejo, California , running from October 5, 2026 through December 18, 2026 , with a possible extension .

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.

• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students.

• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals .

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other professionals.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ educational planning.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for students.

• Help children develop the communication skills they need to succeed in school and everyday life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current California licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• CCC-SLP preferred.

• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.

• School-based experience preferred.

• Experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and school staff.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy services.
