Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $81,000. This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment, which is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.

• Hourly rate: $18 per hour

• Long haul pay: $35 per load
• Mandatory meetings: $28 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown: $22 per hour
• Rail delay: $22 per hour
• Safety training: $21 per hour
• Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
• Refused delivery: $38 per occurrence
• Waiting on power unit: $22 per hour
• Yard work: $22 per hour
