Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Float to various campuses as needed to support staffing demands.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond within designated time frames.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license or compact license.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage medical equipment efficiently.
• Willingness to float between multiple facilities as needed.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; not suitable for first-time travelers.
