TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Overland Park, Kansas, 66215!

Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Kansas

Start Date: August 20, 2026

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Mid-shift rotations (10:00 AM - 10:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 1:30 AM), every third weekend, 48 hours per week guaranteed option available

Highlights:

• Level 2 Trauma Center with 24-bed Emergency Department
• 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio with dedicated unit secretary support 21 hours daily
• Meditech documentation system with advanced equipment including Level 1 fluid warmers, GE monitor systems, Artic Sun, and Alaris pumps
• Comprehensive case mix including trauma, STEMI, stroke, and sepsis care
• Minimal floating policy, only utilized after existing staff flexing
• Collaborative team environment with can-do culture and focus on patient experience excellence

Requirements:

• Current Kansas RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency/Trauma nursing experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC or PALS, TNCC, NIH
• Preferred certifications: CEN or TCRN, CPI
• Advanced knowledge of trauma care, STEMI care, stroke care, sepsis management, and triage
• Proficiency in all procedures associated with Level 2 trauma centers
