WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A HOTEL MAINTENANCE TECH AT HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON RICHLAND

As a Hotel Maintenance Tech, you're responsible for ensuring that our hotel is well-maintained and running smoothly, which keeps our guests safe and happy. This includes performing routine inspections and repairs of guest rooms, common areas, and other parts of our facility. You're also responsible for responding to guest requests for maintenance, making sure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Energetic and fun, you love working as part of a team to keep our facilities in excellent repair. Seeing the smiles on our guests' faces makes your day!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

The knowledge and skills required for this position are:

Knowledge of craft trades (carpentry, painting, tile, wall vinyl, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, etc)
Knowledge and experience in physical plan maintenance
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach
Hospitality-driven and friendly
Flexibility to work weekends as needed

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.
