Job Title: Recruiting Assistant: II

Location: Durham, NC 27712

Duration: 08/31/2026 to 03/31/2027

Shift Rotation: All Locations - DEFAULT M-F DAY (0%) (No DIFF)

Candidate Commute: candidates must confirm they are comfortable commuting to the Durham site, which is initially fully onsite and may later become up to 50% hybrid with at least 50% in-office attendance.

Workday Flexibility: The expected schedule is a standard eight-hour day, generally around 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility such as an 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule. Scheduling responsibilities may involve roles and interviewers in St. Louis, on the East Coast, and in other time zones, so candidates must accommodate differing availability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with two years of experience in talent/recruitment sourcing.

Job Description:

• Provides administrative support to the Recruiting team.
• Works closely with the client groups to facilitate the selection and hiring process.
• Coordinates candidates interview and travel schedules.
• Maintains files and updates databases. Reviews resumes, verifies employment history, and checks references.
• Coordinates with outside employment agencies.
• Generates and sends offer letters.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
