• 1 physician and 1 physician assistant, supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative team.
• A single office location to ensure efficient workflow.
• Surgical procedures conducted at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital , which boasts a top-notch operating room team and da Vinci robotic surgery .
• A focus solely on gynecology, eliminating obstetrics and OB call responsibilities.
• An ideal opportunity for OB/GYN generalists looking to transition away from obstetrics while retaining a comprehensive GYN practice.

Position Highlights

In this role, you will:

• Deliver thorough gynecologic care, including pelvic examinations, pap smears, breast assessments, and preventive services.
• Diagnose and manage reproductive health issues, providing contraceptive counseling and family planning.
• Address menopause-related concerns and hormone therapy.
• Conduct major surgical procedures at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, utilizing robotic technology.
• Dedicate one day each month to in-office minimally invasive procedures with IV sedation, supported by an anesthesia team.
• Receive robust clinical assistance from a PA, RNs, and MAs.
• Manage a patient load of 18-20 individuals per day.
• Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with phone-based call responsibilities: 1:6 for weekdays and 1:8 for weekends.
