Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 41 Number of Staff – currently have ***accepted; working towards ****** Type of staff: Day Shift – 4 RN and 5 LPN Night Shift – 4 RN and 4 LPN Patient Ratios – 1:6 Type of equipment – patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments, EMR – Meditech Magic

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, LPNs) Must have: candidates without these skills will be considered for the role. LPN must be IV certified BLS certified Read telemetry Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CRRN Certification Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting ACLS certified within 90 certified List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments Best personality Fit: Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plan/rehabilitation program Good communication skills Empathetic and patient advocate
