Total Talent Solutions is now hiring a materials clerk in Harlingen, TX. Pay rate is $16-20 per hour for a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. • High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 6 months of data entry, inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Experience with SAP or Oracle preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing plant environment

Key responsibilities include:

• Enter and maintain inventory and warehouse data accurately in internal systems
• Process inventory paperwork, scanning, indexing, and record verification
• Support cycle count reporting and inventory tracking activities
• Utilize SAP and/or Oracle systems for inventory management and reporting
• Generate routine and ad-hoc inventory reports as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations
• Maintain organized records and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives
• Perform additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned
