About This Role
We are a childcare center focused on providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children. Our program emphasizes early learning, social development, and strong communication with families.
We serve a diverse community and are committed to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and professional work environment. Our center follows Maryland State Department of Education standards and participates in Maryland EXCELS while supporting staff growth at all experience levels.
What You'll Do- Supervise children at all times
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities
- Support social, emotional, and early academic development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Communicate with team members and families
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in childcare or preschool
- 90 Hour Certification
- Preschool Certification, CDA, or higher in Early Childhood Education
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- $19/hour+ based on experience
- Overtime pay for hours worked when requested
