THE POSITION Hours: Full Time Days School Days *Including Summer School Client Specifics: 17 year old with trach, vent and a g-tube *HCNs attend school Hours: Part Time Days Mondays 12-hour shifts Days Tuesdays 8-hour shifts Client Specifics: 3 year old with trach, and a g-tube *HCNs attend pre-school Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
