What You’ll Do

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you’ll work on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the support of an experienced team behind you.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshooting equipment efficiently and providing lasting solutions
• Ensuring all work meets local codes and company quality standards
• Assisting with remodeling, system replacement, and upgrade projects
• Communicating professionally with customers and clearly explaining repairs and recommendations
