Shift Leader

Flynn Wendy’s is hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a restaurant team during shifts to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards. Tackle problems, seek help when appropriate, and provide guidance to team members. Coordinate with team to meet performance goals, manage food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency. Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members. Monitor equipment, inventory, and cash handling; address issues promptly to minimize downtime. Qualifications: Prior restaurant experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team; comfortable taking a lead role on shift. What’s in it for you?
