Group Manager

ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Knoxville office. As the Group Manager, you will oversee engineering projects, staff, business development, and day-to-day operations for the branch. Responsibilities: Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers Oversee and manage all laboratory operations Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the departments and group related P&L Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group Responsibilities ECS Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage our Knoxville office.
