Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (day shift, Monday–Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays

What’s a typical day as a Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Receiving, storing, handling, moving, and shipping materials and supplies with care
• Assisting in receiving materials, equipment, and supplies delivered on purchase orders
• Loading and unloading trucks and moving materials to the proper location or work area
• Following all company policies, safety rules, and procedures as they relate to material handling
• Wrapping, packing, and preparing products for shipment or movement
• Performing periodic inventory and limited stock control
• Operating a forklift and pallet jack to transport and store materials

 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Are detail-oriented, safety focused, and possess good analytical skills
• Can read and interpret drawings and visual documentation
• Can perform basic mathematical skills
• Value teamwork and personal accountability
