Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this hands-on role, you will implement therapist-designed treatment plans that promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. You will assist with ADL training, therapeutic exercise, mobility, and use of adaptive equipment, while closely monitoring and documenting patient progress. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, you will help deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehab in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.
