Medical Affairs Scientific Communications Director

Lundbeck seeks a Medical Affairs Scientific Communications Director to lead scientific strategy and content for neuroscience therapies. You will develop and execute integrated medical communication and publication plans, ensure scientific and regulatory accuracy across materials, and translate complex data into clear, compliant messages for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and HEOR to align on evidence generation and dissemination, manage agencies, mentor team members, and support congress activities, advisory boards, and field medical tools in a purpose‑driven, collaborative culture.
