Housekeeping Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand safety and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and cost control.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address guest requests, resolve issues, and enhance overall guest experience.
