Marketing & Promotions Assistant | Entry-Level | Paid Training

We’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistants to support live events, brand promotions, customer engagement, and experiential marketing campaigns .
No previous marketing or event experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Support live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
- Engage directly with customers and event attendees
- Represent brands in a friendly and professional manner
- Share product and promotional information
- Support event setup, activities, and breakdown
- Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Work with a team to achieve campaign goals
- Develop valuable skills in marketing, promotions, sales, and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing and comfortable talking with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, reliable, and motivated
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Team-oriented and professional
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or event experience is helpful—but not required
