Compensation:

Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year (DOE).

Commission Opportunities: Potential to earn an additional $30,000+ annually based on sales performance.

First-Year Income Potential: $80,000 or more for motivated, high-performing individuals.

Overview:

A+ Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and personable Service Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless, professional, and positive experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the service process.

• Provide strategic solutions and advice to customers regarding repairs and services.

• Manage scheduling, estimates, and follow-up calls with efficiency and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members and take direction effectively to meet company goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be personable and approachable.

• Previous customer service or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required.
