Assistant Administrative Manager

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Good people skills and supervisory experience
- Accounting-related experience
- Solid PC skills, especially in Excel
DUTIES:
- Enter, review and analyze accounting-related data such as vendor chargebacks, discounts, etc. and notify and negotiate with vendors regarding any discrepancies
- Compare with previous numbers and suggest areas for improvement
- Prepare accounting-related reports for submission to head office (actual accounting is handled by head office and payroll is outsourced to 3rd party vendor)
- Handle Administrative tasks
- Will supervise 5-6 administrative staff
