Looking for an individual that can perform machine assembly and repair on both our rotary tables and pallet systems.  Some knowledge of rotary tables and pallet systems a plus.  We build new and service these products on a daily basis.

  Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of new rotary tables and pallet systems: Assemble and test new rotary tables and pallet systems.
• Repair and inspection of rotary tables: Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using observation, testing, and diagnostic tools, and implement effective solutions.
• Installation and Calibration: Install, and calibrate new machinery, ensuring proper integration into customer’s production lines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records.
• Training: Educate customers on how to use systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanics with the ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Electronics and electrical systems a plus but not required.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
• Tools and Equipment: Proficiency with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, machining tools, and diagnostic equipment 
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and reporting 
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Experience: Previous experience in machine assembly, maintenance, repair, or a similar technical role is highly advantageous.
• Safety: Safety protocols are critical, and technicians must adhere to guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain operational efficiency.
