What You'll Do:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans for communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to inform interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families or caregivers.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Complete detailed discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support and supervise CFY or student Speech-Language Pathologists as needed.

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts State License in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in speech pathology
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
