Travel Registered Nurse – Med Surg (Days) Location: Gadsden, Alabama Start Date: Mid-August Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Every Other Weekend Required Job Overview Join a dedicated Med Surg team in Gadsden, AL, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This travel RN position offers an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to grow their experience in a supportive and dynamic hospital environment. Requirements Active Compact RN License or Alabama RN License BLS (Basic Life Support) – American Heart Association required Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg experience Cerner electronic charting experience preferred Must reside 50+ miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler What You’ll Do Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care Rotate every other weekend as scheduled Maintain accurate patient records using the hospital’s EMR system Why Gadsden?
